Theodore Snider
HARDIN - Theodore R. "Peanuts" Snider, 92, died at 3:06 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 1994, at Jers ey Community Hospital in Jerseyville.
He was a farmer and orchardist and retired in 1965 from Laclede Steel Co. in Alton after 16 y ears of service.
Born April 11,1902, in Hardin, he was the son of the late William and Ann (Swan) Snider. He m arried the former Norma Gresham Dec. 31, 1930, in Hardin. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Waldo Snider of Hardin and Dale Snider of Jerseyville; 10 grandc hildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were two brothers, Jim and John Snider, and three sisters, Flora Dorma n, Jane Peeler and Sarah Rush.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Saturday until service time at 2 p.m. at Hardin Presbyterian C hurch. The Rev. Paul D. Frazier will officiate.
Burial will be in Indian Creek Cemetery near Hamburg.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Hanks-Gubser Funeral Home of Hardin is in charge of arrangements.
