Malley
Russell I. Malley, 65, of 1433 3rd St., Cottage Hills, died at 2:45 a.m. today at Wood Rive r Township Hospital after an illness of two years.
He was employed at International Shoe Co. and by Candy Bills Distributing Co. in Wood River . He also published Madison County Monthly Labor News.
A native of St. Louis, he married the former Cuba Dorman Nov. 22,1933 in Hardin.
Besides his widow, he is survived by two daughters, Dolores DeSpain of Wood River and Rosin a Baker of Roxana; a son, Ross M. Malley of Wood River; three grandchildren; and two brothers , Joseph of Fultin, Ill., and Simon of Carilnvllle.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday at Marks Mortuary, Wood River, where a scripture servi ce will be held at 8 p.m.
Services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Bernard's Catholic Church by.the Rev. P atrick Wright.
Burial will be In St. Joseph's Cemetery.
