JEFFARS & to acknowledge it in the Cort. The sd. BACON being nowe deced., & the sd. Pattent not yett delivered according to his engagemt., It is therefore ordered that Mr. FRANCIS CLAY, Administr. of ye Estate of the sd. BACON shall forthwth: deliver the said Pattent to the sd. JEFFARS, And it is alsoe ordered that the sd. Administr: shall by the tenth of Novembr: next make paymt. of one hundred pounds of tobco: (out of the deceds. Estate) unto the said WM: JEFFES (being due unto him for a Coffin makeing for the sd. BACON).
