from Thomas Jones (m Susan Madden, sister to Jacob).
After Barnett Williams died, his heirs sold that 200 acres Nathan Littler.

Elizabeth sold 827 acres to Francis H. Christian, but the 200 acres he had purchased first was sold by his executors after his death to Nathan Littler. A suit to reclaim the property sold to Christian for non-payment was entered 20 Nov 1786
against "Anne, widow of Francis H. Christian".

a Philip Christian made sworn oath that Solomon Bonham, Jr., son of Solomon Bonham was legally able to serve as exr of Catherine Ackley Bonham Jones estate. Philip not listed in ths family study, but clearly from the same family.
Philip would be at least 21 in 1809; so b bet prob 1750 and 1788.

- Will Bk 6,pg 26 Frederick Co., Va. dated 6 Mar 1795 probated 8 Apr 1795 In the name of God, amen, I Barnett Williams of Frederick Co., Va. being weak of body but sound of mind......after debts are paid, all real & personal property be sold except 2 negros & one bed & bedding which I give to my daughter Charlotte. To son Charles 1/4 part of my estate except 415 pounds which I gave him in my lifetime. To daughter Ann 1/4 part of my estate except 236 pounds which I have given to her. To daughter Margaret 1/4 part of my estate except 291 pounds which I have given to her. To daughter Charlotte 1/4 part with a deduction of 74 pounds for the above negroes. Samuel Littler & Elijah Littler, my sons-in-law to be my sole executors. Witt: John Littler, Jr, John Littler, Sr, Isaac Hill , Hughey Meredith.
NOTE: his son Charles Pierce Williams was then living in Scott Co., Ky. On 27 June 1795, Chalres Pierce Williams received the least amount as he had received the most during his father's lifetime. Each heir received a total of 11065 pounds.
