- His WILL dated JULY 1, 1740 It provide he should be buried in the graveyard where his brothers George & John were buried. He gave slaves, a silver tankard, his two wheeled chaise, & two tracts of land to his wife, Hannah in lieu of her dower, provided that at her death, the land should
go to his nephew Geroge Heale, to whom he also gave the major portion of his estate. He also bequests to his niece Betty Heale, Mr. Joseph Chinn, his cousin John Rogers, his cousin Hannah Blakemoore, his cousin Joseph Rogers, & his cousin Edward Rogers.
