- Ezekiel Foman b. abt. 1840 son of Thomas Seabrook Forman and Mary Ann Brown. Born in Louisville, Ky. Served in 15th Ky. Vol Inf. as 1st Lt. in Civil War. His brother, James Brown Forman, was the youngest Colonel in the Army of the Cumberland, Regimental Commander of the 15th Ky. He was killed at the Battle of Murfreesboro (Stone River) two weeks after his 20th birthday on Dec. 31, 1862. I do not know his wife's name, but this Ezekiel is buried in Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, next to his brother Col. James Brown Forman.
