South Park school case headed back to court
March 10, 2010 6:44 PM Ashley Rodrigue KFDM News has learned an attorney representing the Beaumont Heritage Society will go back to court to try to save South Park Middle School from the wrecking ball Mike Getz will ask Judge Bob Wortham to modify his injunction to prevent the district from using its own money to tear down the school. In December, Judge Wortham issued an injunction barring the district from using any of the $389 million bond money for demolishing South Park and building a new middle school in its place.
