Beaumont Enterprise Opinions February 10, 2010 What in the world has happened to Beaumont? I'll tell you: a rotten, biased school board that has continuously lied to the people of Beaumont. They talk out of both sides of their mouth at the same time. I propose a question that many have asked but no one on the BISD has answered: Why can't you build a brand new school right behind the South Park school and at the same time save the old structure? I believe at least a few of the members have a deep hatred for what happened years ago and they are still hanging on to things, and this is their way to exact revenge. Let it go! If Beaumont allows this, I know of several people who will leave the city and never come back. So come, BISD. I'm waiting for an answer to my question. Preserve history and Beaumont.
