Appeals court upholds South Park order

The 9th Court of Appeals today upheld the Aug. 3 temporary restraining order preventing Beaumont Independent School District from tearing down South Park Middle School.
BISD had appealed the order made by Judge Bob Wortham.
A trial will begin Monday morning to make the restraining order permanent.

Looks like Thomas and his band of gypsies will have to answer to the courts now. Not that they will suddenly quit lying and start telling truths. But, what will it reveal about their true characters that we don't already know? The cover-up begins...................

Perhaps the fact that Dr. Thomas and the bond issue backers lied so blatantly to the taxpayers about how the money would be spent, which schools would be impacted and the timing of new school construction should give everyone--including the courts--a little pause about the whole thing.
