A. Marie Angel
JERSEYVILLE-- A. Marie Angel, 69, died at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct 21, 1995, at Jerseyville Ma nor.
She was a homemaker and a cook at West Elementary Grade School in Jerseyville for 17 yea rs. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jerseyville and Royal Neighbors, of whic h she was past president.
Born in Alton, Oct 25, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Jesse H. and Bernice M. (M osier) Henderson.
She married Francis L. Angel March 28, 1947, in Jerseyville. He died Dec. 20, 1993.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Shari and Dan Zenner of Pittsfield; a son and d aughter-in-law, Steve and kelli Angel of Jerseyville; three grandchildren, DJ Zenner and Chel sea and Parker Angel, all of Jerseyville; and a sister, e Amon of Rockingham, N.C.
Preceding her in death was a sister, Zella Spickermann.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at Gubser Funeral Home in Jerseyville.
Visitation continues from 10 a.m. Tuesday until service time at 11 a.m. at the First Ba ptist Church in Jerseyville. The Revs. Ed Haun and Larry Hayes will officiate.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the church.
