Article of Agreement
Article of agreement between Anthony Pate of the first part and Robert Hutson of the second part, the said party does here-by agree to lease said Hutson ten acres of land on the following terms, lying in the forks of the glade branch, the said Hutson does here-by agree to clear the said land and put a ten rail fence around the same, and for the work done on the said ten acres and said Hutson is to have the use of the same for the term of three years and the said Hutson is to take possession the 1st day of January 1839.
