I am looking for the parents and family of Daniel Wiggins b. abt. 1773 and died 6-1-1834 in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana.

He married ? (looking for who she was also) and fathered:
1. Elizabeth Wiggins (married William Whatley)
2. Daniel P Wiggins Sr (married Lucy Elizabeth Whatley)
3. Moses Wiggins (married Amy Elizabeth Whatley)
4. Uriah Wiggins

I have been inactive for a few years but this is what I have.
Daniel K Wiggins was my gr gr grandfather b 1785 in Maryland. The following information is circumstantial but I believe it is accurate.
The Daniel born in 1773 was a brother to Daniel K and was called Old Dan. He was married to a Martha Susan Truitt in 1804. He was previously married to a Souse in 1796. Old Dan was Daniel P's father.
Elizabeth was a sister to Old Dan and Daniel K. These three also had a brother named Uriah Jr. Elizabeth married William Whatley.
Moses Wiggins married Amy Elizabeth Whatley Galvin in Jan 1840
I believe I'm right but I wouldn't bet my ranch on it.

Daniel married Martha Susan Truett in 1804. Martha was born about 1770; died after 1840 in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

1. Daniel Prairie Wiggins was born on 8 Oct 1797 in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana; died on 26 Jul 1867 in Eminence, Chambers Co, Texas.
2. Moses Wiggins was born in 1809 in Louisiana; died in Jun 1852 in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana.
3. Absalom Wiggins, (son?) was born in 1813 in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana; died after 1850 in of, Catahoula Parish, Louisiana.
