"To son, William G. Kerfoot, my tract of land in fredercik county, 175 acres, subject to payment of 40 shillings per acre to be paid to my son John Kerfoot, and the sum of 350 pounds to be paid also by William G. Kerfoot. Owing to the comfortable circumstances of my daughters Betsy Sowers and Polly Williams and the destitute condition of my daughter Nancy Woodrow whose husband abandoned her and her family, residue is left in trust for nancy Woodrow free from all claims of her husband, Abraham Woodrow. Her trustees to be my sons, William G. and John kerfoot. Both sons to pay Nancy an annuity of $25.00 each for twelve years."
