    THE WILL OF
    HEZEKIAH JONES

    I Hezekiah Jones do make & wish published this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all wills by me made heretofore.

    First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid; as soon after my death as possible; out of any monies that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my
    Executors.

    Secondly I give and bequeath to my beloved wife one hundred dollars in money and house and farm where I now live as much as she may wish to work and a ??? tools that she may choose.
    Also all the negroes that I may have, household kitchen furniture, all the balance of my lands rented or sold as may seam best by my Executors; all other loose property; as it is my wish for my estate to be equally divided between all my children; as I have kept accounts of what each child has received of my estate with this my will! And when my executors I wish them to prove this to be my handwrite;
