Alexander Lafayette "Fate" Boyd

The Old Stage Coach carrying passengers from Cookeville, TN and other points to the nearest railroad stations, was held up at Lebanon, TN, and the passengers robbed, in the year 1881. Lafayette Boyd was a passenger enroute to Texas with intent to locate and move his family there. He was robbed with the other passengers. He went back home and lived to be 63 years old in the vicinity of Buffalo Valley, TN
