    Findagrave shows the parents of Lucinda Brown to be David Brown (1782-1843) and Mary Rentfro Brown 1793 USA d 24 Oct 1844 Livingston Co, Kentucky.

    This was "Polly" Rentfro and Living Brown. Polly is nickname for Mary and don't know where "Living" came from but probably some program glitch somewhere. Could he be David??? Lucinda's father had property in Livingston Co, KY but dates are off a bit. Are these dates at findagrave accurate or "about" dates?

    Olivia Rentfro escaped from Renfro Station with three children and a Negro sl ave named Robert, the fatal night that night that Joseph as killed. Black Ro bert Renfro owned a tavern in Nashville, TN during his adulthood and was know n as "Uncle Bob". It is said that he was one of the first black men to own a hotel.
