On Sunday July 06, 2014 Royce Norman Strahan of Alvin, Texas for 40 years went to be with The Lord. He was the Son of William Theodore Strahan and Ava Beatrice Duggan Strahan. Royce was born on Mar 19, 1946 Houston, Texas. Royce was the Grandson of Theodore Lockwood Strahan and Daffie Ola Martin Strahan, Nicholas S Duggan and Climmie White Duggan.
Royce was the 6th Child born from William and Ava.
Growing up Royce worked on the farm and dropped out of school at a young Age and got himself a job to help his parents. Royce went into the Army when he was 17 and went into the Vietnam war. When he got out of the Army he married Rebecca Daughtry. They had two Sons together name Aaron and Scott Strahan. Later on Royce and Rebecca got a Divorce and then Royce Married Ruth Lee Revels. Ruth had Two Children name Chris and Michael Revels. Royce took them as his children. Chris and Michael took him as their father.
Royce was always working outside and enjoyed working in the garden, enjoyed going fishing. He would take all of his children on the boat and just go fishing. He didn't like sports, but would enjoyed watching his children and grand children play.

Royce is survived by His wife Ruth Strahan, Children Scott Strahan (Darla) of Alvin, Chris Revels (Tina) of Robstown, Michael Revels of Alvin. Grandchildren Austin Revels, Morgan Revels, Bryndan Strahan, and William Craig Revels. Sisters Evelyn Grimms (Tony) of Lufkin, Virginia Cain (Ronnie) of Lufkin, Twin Sister Joyce McCants (Billy) of Deer Park. Brother Everett Strahan (Sue) of Minneola.
Many Nieces and Nephews.

Royce is preceded in Death of His Parents William and Ava Strahan, His Son William Aaron Strahan, Sister Vivian Rankin (Sonny) Brother Robert Strahan.

Royce will be cremated. Service for Royce will be at th Strahan Residence on July 26, 2014 at 5:00PM
For Family and Friends and that all knew him.
