To brothers Joseph Boarman and Raphel Boarman my rights to the land left to them by my father John Baptist Boarman.
To wife Mary Ann Boarman, Negro woman Monica, Negro man Jack Hutson, Negro man Ned, Negro boy Jess.
To dau. Ellender Boarman, Negro girl Lydda, Negro girl Nan, Negro man Roger.
To dau. Elizabeth Boarman, Negro woman Jane, Negro boy Jack Ryal, Negro boy Samuel.
To son Raphel Boarman, Negro woman Moll, Negro boy James, Negro boy Will.
To son Richard Bennet Boarman, tract I now live upon being part of "Calvert Hope" and "Boarmans Rest" and "Boarmans Low Ground." Also Negro girl Judah, Negro Lucy.
To son Ralphel Boarman, pt of tract called "Calvert Hope," 150 a., the plantation whereon Thomas Reed formerly lived, also part of tract called "St Georges," 110 a., also tract in possession of Richard Thompson whereon James Short now lives and Thomas Warren, 150 a.
All the rest of personal estate to my four children, Ralphel Boarman, Elender Boarman, Elizabeth Boarman and Richard Bennet Boarman.
