my twelve children, they have all left me and have receive their full portion, (viz)
sons Hezekiah, Abijah (deceased), Nathan, Jefsee, Eliphas, and Vann Davis
daughters Martha, Rachel, Hannah, Miles, Jean, Rhoda, $1.50 each to be paid one year after my death.
Also as touching my grandson John Davis. I had given him something considerable in my will of the 11th of December last, but as he has proved disobedient and has left me. Therefore I give him nothing more than the sorrel mare and saddle mentioned in the former will, which property he has now in possession.
Also, I give and bequeath to Lucy Davis, my dearly beloved wife all the remainder of the my whole estate, the plantation or tract of alnd where I now live containing 130 acres more or less, one Negro woman named Beck, all my stock, all household furniture and plantation tools, real estate and chattles,
