Wil Parmley passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the age of 69. He died at home after a brief battle with liver cancer. He went peacefully while his wife and daughter each held a hand. He is survived by his wife Carolyn (Opran) of Round Rock, TX, his daughter Cindy (Parmley) Smith of La Crosse, WI and her family: Sean Smith, her husband, and daughters Robin Smith and Ellie Smith, and his mother, Cleo (Parmley) Redford and step-father, Dean Redford.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 19th, at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Round Rock. The family is asking that in lieu of flowers donations be made to either First Baptist Round Rock or Hospice Austin.
