Subject: Proof of Martha Berry Tarkington/Gillen/Gallier 1887 Houston death

I am trying to get proof of Martha?s death 3/15/1887 in Houston, TX hospital and where she was buried.
I need a copy of her death certificate or copy of her daughter Charlotte Peveto?s death certificate 7/13/1881
showing her mother?s name on her certificate to be able to send in to UDC headquarters for her two brothers who
fought and died during Civil War and also for proof to send in to NSDAR for Joshua Tarkington papers.

Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.;

Martha was my great great grandmother thru my grandfather Everett Peveto/His mother was Charlotte Gillen Peveto .
