    WILL OF CHRISTOPHER EDRINGTON
    In the Name of God Amen. I Christopher Ederington of King George County & Parish of Hanover being of perfect sense and memory thanks be to God therefore, calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to dye do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament.
    Imprimis: I give unto my son William Ederington one Negro woman named Jenny, one Negro girl named Nell, one Negro boy named
    Bob - to him and his heirs lawfully begot of his body and if he dye without such heir to fall to my son John Ederington - him and his heirs lawfully begot of his body.
    Item: I give unto my son John Ederington all my lands and one Negro man named Bambo and one Negro girl named Bess to him and his heirs lawfully begot of his body and if he die without such heir to fall to my son William him and his heirs lawfully begot of his body.
    Item: I give unto my daughter Hester Ederington one Negro girl named Frank to her and her heirs lawfully begot of her body and if she dye without such heir to fall between my two daughters Sarah Ammon and Susanna Hales to them and their heirs lawfully begot of their body.
    Item: I give to my daughter Hester one cow and calf and one feather bed and likewise to my two sons William & John each of them a feather bed.
    Item: I give to my son Christopher Ederington ten shillings Current Money of Virginia.
    Item: I give to each of my five daughters, viz: Mary Quisenbury, Elizabeth Richardson, Sarah Ammon, Mildred Triplett and Susanna Hales, each of them ten shillings Current Money.
    Item: I give unto my Loving Wife Mary one Negro Woman named Beny, one Negro man named Harry and one Negro girl named Pegg together with all the rest of my estate.
    My will and desire is that my sun William and my son John be my Executors of this my Last Will & Testament. My desire is that my estate be not appraised. As Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale, December the Last 1737.

Mary doth warrant and defend the land & Mill from just claim of her & her heirs .. also from her Father's heirs ..

I MARY EDRINGTON of parish of Hanover and county of King George .. give and bequeath to my loving son JOHN EDRINGTON my two negroes .. to my loving Daughter SUSANAH HAILS my Negro woman .. with express proviso she pay to my Daughter MILDRED TRIPPLET at some convenient time not exceeding six months Twenty two pounds current money. I give to my granddaughter MILDRED EDRINGTON a black pide Heiffer to my son WILLIAM EDRINGTON Ten shillings curt. money .. to my Daughter MARY QUESSENBERRY one Pistole; to my Daughter HESTER ELMMS one Gold ring now in her possession; to my Daughter SUSANAH HAILS my side saddle and Furniture; to MARY BAILLETT one feather bed; to MARGARET JETT my cloak. My will the remainder of my estate be equally divided between my son JOHN EDRINGTON and my two daughters SUSANAH HAILS & MILDRED TRIPPLET. My will my estate not be appraised. Appoint my son JOHN EDRINGTON, my son in law FRANCIS TRIPPLETT Executors .. this 25th day of June 1754.
