    In the name of God Amen. I, William Parker, of Smith County and State of Tennessee, being in sound mind and perfect memory, do make and orda in this to be my last will and Testament in manner and form following.

    My desire that every thing I own or profits to be collected together a re to be sold to the highest bidder at a twelve month credit, with the m giving their bonds, and at twelve months' end, when the money is col lected, for Drewry Andrews to have one dollar to him and his heirs for ever; then the balance to be divided between my five children, WILLIA M PARKER, RICHARD PARKER, EDWARD PARKER, JOSEPH PARKER and LUCE WEST, to them and their heirs forever, only for every child to give to Marva n's son Joseph four dollars apiece to him and his heirs forever, and f or that money to be put out upon interest till he comes of age of twen ty-one, by the executors, but if he dies before he comes to that age, for each one to have his money back again.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF I set my hand this nineteenth day of May 1817. I ap point MILES WEST, WILLIAM PARKER and RICHARD PARKER executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
