June 9, 1813 A final division into 10 shares which were minus the deductions made in his life time to the ten heirs were:
Thomas Draper a share
James Draper a share
Phillip Draper a share
Daniel Draper a share
Travis Draper a share
William Draper a share
Joshua Draper a share
John Burgess a share for his wife, Catherine Burgess
Thomas Dean a share for his children
Abraham Toney a share for his children who were heirs, minus what Wm. Toney bought at the sale.
Each share was less the amounts bought at the sale. James and Travis had no portion deducted for amounts bought at the sale, nor did Thomas Dean, who was then residing in Edgefield, SC. The portion bought by Wm. Toney was deducted from the part paid to Abraham Toney for his children.
No grandchildren?s names were listed.
It would appear that Anne Draper Dean had died before June, 1813. Sarah Draper Stubblefield and/or her husband and children are noticeably absent from the final settlement. There are Stubblefield?s whose family trees list Sarah Draper as wife of Edward and mother. Who mothered Abraham Toney?s children and therefore was considered eligible for a share of the estate?
