- BENJAMIN POOL was accused by Fairfax MM of singing and dancing, but made acknowledgment, 12th mo. 23, 1780. In 1785 he had a charge brought against him by a young woman; denied it, though established by law; disowned by Fairfax MM, 12th mo. 25, 1785.
Not mentioned in his mother's will in 1784.
