Zelma May Abell died on January 18, 2007 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born on February 17, 1911 to Dirce and Pleasant Huddleston. She was preceded in death by her parents, three siblings and her husband, H. T. Abell. She was an avid golfer, bridge player, Dean of continuing education School at St. Lukes's for 34 years, and won the Pioneer Award from J.C. Penney. She was also a devoted member of the Couples class. She is survived by Loretta and Paul Huff; Don and Frances Lee, Ellen and Benny Braudick; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Zelma was a loving, caring wonderful mother who will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate a contribution to St. Luke's, Epworth Villa or the charity of their choice. They also wish to thank Mission Hospice and the entire staff of Epworth Villa. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at Brill Memorial Chapel at Epworth Villa. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
