Julia Hazelwonder
GODFREY
Julia "Dee-Dee" Hazelwonder, 49, died at 12:15 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 1990, at home, af ter a lengthy illness.
She was a waitress at Steak 'n Shake in Alton for 15 years.
Born in Hardin, she was the daughter of Marie (Beer) Snider of Hardin and the late John Snide r.
She married Eugene "Gene" Hazelwonder on October 21, 1957, in Los Angeles, Calif., and he sur vives.
In addition to her husband and mother, surviving are two sons, David Eugene Hazelwonder of Re public, Mo., and Gary Guy Hazelwonder of Belleville; a daughter, Carol Jean Hoffman of Floris sant, Mo.; a grandson; and a brother, John Snider of Jerseyville.
Visitation is from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Hanks Funeral Home in Hardin, where services are at 1 0:30 a.m. Tuesday. Wilson Ramsey will officiate.
Burial is in Hardin Cemetery.
