I don’t know if the following census information is the correct Absalom Wood I’m interested in or not. But I’m recording it anyway. If its wrong I can remedy it later.

On line 31 of the census page is an Absalom Wood, white, male, born in April 1822, 78 years old, divorced (but also indicates 0 years married), he and his parents were born in Virginia. His occupation was a blacksmith, but had been unemployed the previous 12 months. He read, wrote and spoke English. He owned his residence, free of encumbrances.
This Absalom lived alone.
