information from trees on Ancestry have that Charlotte was daughter of William Andrews and Elizabeth Lunsford. No sources given.
update research Oct 16, 2014:
Indeed, Charlotte is Andrews. Found marriage record for Andrew:

Event Date: 25 Mar 1896
Event Place: Keokuk, Lee, Iowa
Father's Name: Wm. Stone
Mother's Name: Charlotte Andrews

With that said, Scofields start showing up near them around the 1900 census; so maybe they're related somehow that caused the Stone family to believe she was a Scofield.
