- She was the dau of Walter Bayne, born in England, and Eleanor Weston.
Marriage 1 was John Stone; Marriage 2 was Hugh Teares, born in England, married Jan 1699 in Charles Co, MD, and Marriage 3 was to John Beale on 22 Jun 1700 in Charles Co. (um, might need to check those dates - doubt she married two men on the same day) Two Children, by Beale, Richard Beale in 1705 in Charles Co, and John Beale.

By virtue of which Grant the said Walter Bayne was Seized of the said Land in fee and being So thereof Seized by his Last will and testament in writing Duly Executed and proved Dated the 12th Day of April 1670 Gave and Devised the said Land unto his Daughter Elianor and her Heirs and Assigns for Ever and shortly after Died. We find that the said Elianor by virtue of the Devisee afsd was Seized of the said Land. We find that after the Death of the said Walter Vizt: the tenth Day of February Anno Dom: 1673 (sic: 1670) the said Elianor then being a Minor of the Age of Six Years... in the Year 1684 (sic: 1681) she the Said Elianor being then of the Age of Seventeen Years intermarried with one John Stone Deced, that she the said Elianor was Covert of the Said John by the Space of Sixteen Years and that then the Said John Died To Witt in the Year of our Lord 1697 That the said Elianor Survived the said John And About Eighteen Months After his Death Interrmarried Wth one Hugh Tears died about a month after his marriage with the said Elianor That the Said Elianor after the Death of the said Hugh Tears Vizt: the 22d Day of June 1700 Intermarried with Jno Beale the Defendt by whom she had issue Richd Beal and John Beale now living.
NJL note: Eleanor didn't marry Matthew Hill. Her sister Edith did. Matthew was named the "son-in-law" of Eleanor's mother when he was appointed her "attorney".
