Aug 20, 1790 from Hoskins Hanson of CC, to Edward Sanders of CC, for 262 £ 10 shillings, a parcel of land, being part of a tract of land called Cains Purchase, lying in CC on the west side of Port Tobacco Cr and on the lower side of Deep branch, and being the same land that wa swilled to Catherine Mitchell by her father, Hugh Mitchell, both of CC ,decd, and was by sd Catharine Mitchell, on Sep 18, 1782, conveyed to s dHoskins Hanson, as reference to CC land records will show, containing about 100 acres.
