The land is bounded by the west side of a small branch called Sampsons Branch, falling into Zachiah Swamp, containing and laid out for about 110 acres. To have and to hold, to sd Hugh Mitchell, during the natural lives of sd William Middleton Jr, Robert Middleton, and Hugh Middleton, sons of William Middleton Sr of CC.
