Grandson: John Harris Robey, one Negro man named Sangoe.

This lease is for and during the natural life of sd Holley, paying yearly on Mar 25 from today, 1 ear of Indian corn upon the sd land if the same be legally demanded. Sd Holley agrees to keep the afd mill in good grinding order and condition, and at all times when he has water to work, the sd mill give the preference of grinding of such grain as shall be there brought to be ground, to him, sd Stoddert, his heirs or assigns. This lease is for the natural life of sd Samuel Willson, & for the natural life of Issabella Willson, and for and during the natural life of Samuel Willson, son of sd Samuel & Issabella, paying on each Feb 10, the yearly rent of 600 lbs of good, merchantable tobacco in cask, convenient upon sd land. If the rent is 40 days behind, Stoddert may repossess the premises. Willson may not sell or dispose of timber, or sell this lease during the natural lives afd.
