Feb 25, 1793 from James Billingsly and Clement Billingsly of Fauquire County, VA, to John Billingsley of CC, for 30,000 lbs of tobacco and for 10 shillings, parcels of land called Bartons Hope and Addition, situated in CC, which were devised to sd James Billingsley and Clement Billingsley by their father, John Billingsley, as per the will of sd John Billingsley, dated Feb 8, 1785. Signed - James Billingsley, Clement Billingsley. Wit - Alex McPherson*, James Freeman*.
