Zereal Penn was the only brother and representative of William Penn who at his death left no issue, and Burford Cotterel was the husband of Anne, the daughter of executor of John Warren, deceased. Robert Yates died without settling the estate of Jonathan Yates, and the said Robert Yates left an only daughter Anne, unmarried, aged 40, deaf, dumb, and non compos mentis.
