I hereby release to William Stone Sr, all right I had to the afd Negro Martha, in consequence of the within deed of trust, other Negroes mentioned in sd deed being disposed of to pay the debts therein mentioned, after which there was a surplus of 75 £ 6 shillings and 11 pence, which sum is paid to Henderson Fergusson and Gibson and to John Glassford & Company, as will appear by their receipts, granted to sd William Stone, dated Jun 27, 1791.
