To son WILLIAM HANSON, 100 A. called 'Abergame" which I included In a tract called "Roburtus" granted to me by escheat, pt of his now dwelling plantation; also tract called "addition to Robertus," 28 A.; also my instruments and mathematick books.
To son ROBERT HANSON, my youngest son, all land and plantation I now dwell on., 100 A., pt. of "Bettys Delight" left me by the will of my father JOHN HANSON, deod. and 69 A. of land which I bought of William Chandler being pt. of tract called "Chandlers Hill"; also 4 lots formerly laid out in Charles Town, two of which I bought of Richard Rogers, 1 of John Brown and 1 of Thomas Sanders; also 1 lot laid out in the said town in my own name; also 1 lot laid out for me in Charles Town whereon I have now a tobacco house; also 100 A. called "Corkers Hog holes"
To my dau DOROTHY HARRISON, wife of RICHARD HARRISON, 250 As, pt. of tract called "Hansonton," to be laid off the eastern most part of it.

Feb 26, 1729 from John Fendall of CC, Gent, to Samuel Hanson (son of Robert Hanson) and Mary, his wife, daughter of the sd John Fendall of CC, for the natural love that sd John Fendall has for his sd daughter, and also for 5 shillings to sd John Fendall in hand paid by the afd Samuel and Mary, John Fendall has sold to sd Saml Hanson and Mary, his wife, all that tract of land lying on the north side of Piscattaway River, called Saint Johns, bounded by Geiners Swamp, Lawsons Marsh, the land of John Lawson', the woods, Gomers Swamp, containing and laid out for about 800 acres. Signed - John Fendall. Wit - Robt Hanson*, Benja Fendall*. This deed was acknowledged by John Fendall and Elizabeth, his wife. Elizabeth relinquished her right of dower in and to the within mentioned land and premises.
