- 2 Oct 1700: Know all men by these presents that I William Fitzhugh, Jun'r the attorney of my father Wm Fitzhugh in his qualification as he is Attorney of the Right Hon'ble Margarett lady Culpeper The Lord Fairfax and Catherine his wife do by these presents fully authorize and give power to Mr. Geo. Clascock and Mr. Charles Barber to receive collect demand and when received to give discharges for all the quitrents and arrerages of Quitrents due to the said Proprietors in the Parish of Farnham from each and every Respective landholder ... under my hand and seale this 2n'd day of October 1700.
