My Mom, (Christine Stidham Echels) and Dad, Joe Crindon Echels willed their bodies to the U. of Texas willed body program at the medical branch at Galveston. I had a granite bench made and places at the entrance to the Toledo Bend Cemetery. Inscribed on the bench is: Joe Crindon Echels Christine Stidham Echels and their birth and death dates. My wife (Elaine McCoy Echels) and I (Edwin Alton Echels)will have another granite bench with our names and dates place their when we die.
