Gran Raisor Found Dead At His Home
Gran Raisor, well known resident of Craig Township, was found dead at his home on Long Run late Wednesday afternoon.
His lifeless boy was found by Fred Konkle, who resided with Raisor, when he returned home from work after a day's absence.
Death was believed to have occurred about noon following a heart attack.
Raisor was a native of Kentucky but he had lived in Switzerland county for many years.
He had been in ill health for some time and had been under a doctor's care for a heart condition.
He is survived by several children and step-children.
At time of going to press no funeral arrangements had been made.

Funeral Services for Granville M. Raisor Held Saturday Morning
Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Haskell & Morrison fuenral home for Granville M. Raisor, 74, who died January 9th of a sudden heart attack.
Rev. Walter Peters conducted the services followed by interment in the Vevay cemetery.
Mr. Raisor was born in Henry County, Ky., on September 27, 1877. His parents were James W. and Isabelle Norris Raisor.
He was married to Esther Mae Griffith on April 7, 1917.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Doris Tindle, of Madison and Mrs. Isabelle Noel of Vevay, and two sisters, Mrs. Emma Briley, of Carroll County, Ky., and Mrs. Rodella Pettit of Indianapolis.
Mr. Raisor had lived in Switzerland county for 40 years and was a member of the Spring Branch Baptist church.
