In the name of God Amen I George Bush of the county of Sevier and State of Tennessee being sound in mind and disposing memory and knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death and being desirous to make disposition of all property it hath oleased to bless me with do ordain this my last will and testament.
1st After my death I desire that my exectors hereinafter named commit my body to the earth in a decent and plain manner and pay the expenses of the same out of the proceeds of my estate.
2nd My will is that all my just and honest debts of which I have no dithers to be paid out of my cash on hand and cash debts coming to me should I owe any at my death.
3rd My will is that Andy Bush have Ten dollars and no more out of my said estate.
4th My will is that the balance of my estate both real and personal together with all my debts owing be sold and equitably divided between my nephews and nieces to wit.
5th George Bush and William Bush sons of David Bush of the state of Alabama, Susannah Mcmahan daughter of said David Bush of Alabama and John Feasel son of Mike Feasel of Virginia, George Bush, Charles Bush, John Bush, Henry Bush, sons of my brother John of Bedford county Virginia.
6th and lastly I ordain and appoint and intrust my two trusty friends John Feasel and Samuel West as executors of this my last will and testament thereby revoking and rescinding all my former wills and testaments Given under my hand and seal this 29 day of May in the year of our Lord 1837.
