Thomas Avery Oglesby JR., 81, of Foreman, AR passed away at his home June 10, 2015.
Mr. Oglesby was born September 10, 1933 in Arkinda, AR to Thomas and Bertha Oglesby SR. He worked at Ashgrove Cement Plant for over 29 1/2 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Oglesby SR; mother, Bertha Garrett; ex wife, Wanda Lee Oglesby; one brother, LC Oglesby; one sister, Marie Oglesby; and grandson, Ronnie Oglesby JR.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas "Tommy" and Paula Oglesby of Foreman, AR; one daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Freddy Robinson of Foreman, AR; one sister, Iris Madden of Crossroads, AR; two special friends, Dorothy Lansdown of Hope, AR, and Tom Knighten of Ashdown, AR; three grandchildren, Christie Eason, Cedric Wilson, and Nemesha Wilson all of Foreman, AR; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday June 13, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Piney Cemetery in Crossroads, AR with Richard T. Wade and Danny Bell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown, AR.

I knew Thomas for sixty years, he was a good man and friend, he would help anybody. He called me every night to check on me , even the night he died, I'm going to miss you and those calls....R.I.P. MY FRIEND.

Rita so sorry for the loss of your dad. He was a good man, just had to get to know him and he would have you laughing with all his stories...... And I will always cherish the fact it was him insisting to me to come hunt own his place and I killed my first deer and he said "told ya young'un you get one" Keeping your whole family in prayer.
