The dgt. mention was Mrs. Theodore Madison Savell (nee Mary Alice Morgan-called Molly) who according to a story by her GGD rode a mule from Morgan City, LA after Alvin Morgan sent for her after settling in Brazoria Co., TX in 1872. I estimated Mary Alice had to have been abt. 11 yrs. old and someone had to have rode with her.
