    Single, wrote his will on 4/28/1765 and it was probated in Charles County on 2/20/1770 (Will 37:588); he left his numerous land holdings to his sister VIOLETTA, and after her death the land was to go to his nephew GERRARD FOWKE; he left "150 acres of "Wheeler's Palm," 200 acres of "Harrison," and 90 acres of "Osbom Hazard" to his brother-in-law Captain Gerrard Fowke if he will pay his lawful debts, or sell the land to pay for his debts. He left legacies to his other FOWKE nieces and nephew - SARAH FOWKE, ROGER FOWKE, and CATHERINE FOWKE; to his nephew HOSKIN HANSON he left a black mare; he left legacies to his nephews WILLIAM MUSCHETT, and MUNGO MUSCHETT, and to JOHN MUSCHETT he left his violin and all violin music; he left clothes to his sister SARAH FOWKE.
