    On the Petition of Sevl of the Inhabitants of the Chestnut mountains its ordered that the old road by Mr John Taliaferros Quarter be kept open as formerly & that Captn Edward Spencer view if any other way is to be had convenient for a rolling road and make report to the next Court.
