Annie Lou Williamson, 81, passed away Monday, Aug. 10, 2009, in Lake Jackson. She was born Jan. 21, 1928, in North Zulch to Edgar and Mattie Harris.
She is survived by her sons, Jerry Williamson and wife, Roxanne, of Lake Jackson; Thurman Williamson and wife, Carol, of Gilmer; granddaughters, Renee Hill and husband, Jerel, and Julie Williamson, all of Gilmer; great-grandson, Dustin Hill, of Gilmer; brothers, Herman Harris, of North Zulch, and James Harris, of Houston; sister, Gracie Henson, of Houston; and many other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 13, at Willow Hole Cemetery in North Zulch. Visitation will be Wednesday, Aug. 12, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Stroud Funeral Home.
The family would like to thank the staff at Plantation Healthcare in Lake Jackson for their loving care and compassion.
