    I, Josias Stone of CC, am very sick and weak of body, but of sound and disposing mind and memory.
    To my brother John Stone - all that tract of land called drury land, which I now live on. I also give him all my just debts and the rest of my estate.

Apr 12, 1779 from Josias (Josiah) Stone of CC, to Thomas Stone of CC, for 400 £ and for divers other good causes, two tracts of land, being part of a tract of land called Pointon Manor, one part or parcel of the afd land being bounded by the easternmost bound tree of the afd Manor on the easternmost branch of Nanjamoy Cr to the mouth of the first branch that falls into the afd branch and is commonly known as Mattawoman Branch, to include 100 acres. The 2nd parcel of land is also part of the afd Pointon Manor and is bounded by a parcel of land conveyed from Matthew Stone Sr to Capt John Watts, containing and laid off for 5 acres. The 2nd parcel is the remainder of Drury Lane, bounded by a bound white oak standing on the easternmost branch of Aven River (which tree is a bound tree of Pointon Manor), the woods, containing and laid out for 156.75 acres.
