JOHN PINCKARD, (deced), stands indebted unto JOHN STRETCHLEY the sume of seventeene pounds, nineteene shillings and six pence money Sterl,, p a Protested Bill of Exchange wth: damages according to Acte and cost of the saide P:test: It is therefore ordered that the same bee forthwith: paide out of the saide PINCKARDs Estate wth: costs of suite - A difference depending at this Court upon reference betweene MRS. ELIZABETH PINCEARD. Research Notes:
This Mary Jones Seagar is said to be paternal half sister Humphrey Jones -- so she must have been Mary Harrison, and married a Jones, then a Seager. Also, birth date for her to be Mary Dale's child by Jones is not possible.
