JOHN PINCKARD, (deced), stands indebted unto JOHN STRETCHLEY the sume of seventeene pounds, nineteene shillings and six pence money Sterl,, p a Protested Bill of Exchange wth: damages according to Acte and cost of the saide P:test: It is therefore ordered that the same bee forthwith: paide out of the saide PINCKARDs Estate wth: costs of suite - A difference depending at this Court upon reference betweene MRS. ELIZABETH PINCEARD. Widdow and Relicte of JOHN PINCKARD, (deced), and JOHN PINCKARD, her Sone in Law, for the appraizeing of diverse goods in the possession of the saide PINCEARD belonging to the Estate of his saide Father, the saide JOHN PINCKARD alleadeing the saide goods to bee given to him by his saide Father, wch: hee not makeing appeareance, it is therefore ordered that the same bee referred to the next Court where if the saide PINCKARD makes it not appeare then Order to passes for the apprizeing of the same. 1687-1691 Lancaster County Order Book 3: pg 158 |
