In case the plantation whereon I now live which of late belonged to Capt. Samuel Chunn be adjudged a chattel appraisable In the estate of the said Samuel Chunn, I will and devise that the same land and plantation may be delivered up to Acquilla Chunn, eldest son of Samuel Chunn deceased at this coming to the age of 21 years.

Now this deed witnesses that the sd John Briscoe and Charity, his wife, for 500 £ to them in hand paid, grant to the ad Thomas Hungerford, all that parcel of land in CC, being 1/4 part of 298 acres (undivided) which the sd Notley Warren died possessed of, known by the name of Frailty, containing about 74-1/2 acres.
