Funeral Services will be conducted for Chloe Louise "Nanny Lou" Harrington Fritz, Age 86, at 2:00PM Wednesday June 9, 2010, at David Funeral Home Chapel with Msgr. Ronald Broussard officiating. Interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday June 8, 2010 from 3:00PM until 10:00PM with a Rosary being prayed at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume Wednesday from 8:00AM until service time.

A native of Abbeville and longtime resident of New Iberia, "Nanny Lou" died Monday June 7, 2010 at 9:25AM in a local health care facility. She was a member of the Golden Age Club. She enjoyed cooking and caring for her family.

Survivors include one brother, Lloyd A. Harrington of Temple, Texas and a sister, Cornelia "Connie" H. DeHart of Abbeville; nephews and nieces, Kyng Tutt, Keri T. Denlinger, Tami T. Dixie, Keith Pellerin, Kirk Pellerin, Julie P. Sanders, Bret Pellerin, Hazel L. Gallet, Mary Lou Alleman, Sue P. Russo, Judy P. Wagliardo, Shelley Pere', Nancy D. Luquette, Chris Harrington, Cindy Harrington, Joy H. Keener, Kim Harrington, Tammy Harrington, Mark Harrington, John Earl Harrington and Charlene Harrington; many great and great great nieces and nephews and their spouses and an adopted son Max Tutt.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred D. Fritz; parents, Gustave and Pauline Trahan Harrington; brothers, Clerephe' "Doc" Harrington, Minos and Theodore Harrington and 2 infant brothers; sisters, Lydia Harrington, Lillian H. Vaughn, Edna H. Luquette, Lee Alice "Lollie" H. Pere' and Laura Mae H. Dronet and deceased nieces and nephews, Florine L. Landry, P.G. Harrington, Darrel Choate, Brent Alleman, Cheryl Choate, Jade Mikel, Christian Luquette, Irby, Ibry and Ives Vaughn, Teddy Harrington Lee Alice Luquette and Ashley E. Tutt.

Pallbearers will be, Keith, Kirk and Bret Pellerin, Shannon Paul Luquette, Paul Luquette and Kim Harrington.

The family would especially like to thank the employees and staff of Belle Teche Nursing Center.
